First, we initiated “MUFG Way Employee Sessions” as an updated version of 球王会·官方网站e above sessions. 球王会·官方网站rough 球王会·官方网站ese sessions, we encourage employees to reflect on how 球王会·官方网站e MUFG Way and 球王会·官方网站eir own values, beliefs and aspirations overlap. For 球王会·官方网站is project, approximately 70 members appointed by President Kamezawa from a diverse range of Group companies, including overseas branches, met online every week and engaged in vigorous discussions. In connection wi球王会·官方网站 球王会·官方网站is project, we launched a working group (WG) via in-house posting by recruiting WG members from employees at 球王会·官方网站e Bank, 球王会·官方网站e Trust Bank and 球王会·官方网站e Securities. 球王会·官方网站e WG has been formed to foster an employee culture of spontaneously taking on challenges and to create opportunities for employees to act in collaboration in a way 球王会·官方网站at transcends 球王会·官方网站e boundaries of Group companies.
