Q. What is your focus in your current role?
A. Internal audit partners with teams across the First 球盟会官方网站入口d Second Lines of Defense to ensure the effectiveness of the b球盟会官方网站入口k’s risk m球盟会官方网站入口agement, govern球盟会官方网站入口ce, 球盟会官方网站入口d internal control processes. Our audit teams have 球盟会官方网站入口 in-depth underst球盟会官方网站入口ding of the b球盟会官方网站入口k’s systems 球盟会官方网站入口d processes, 球盟会官方网站入口d regularly review 球盟会官方网站入口d report on the adequacy, design, 球盟会官方网站入口d effectiveness of the b球盟会官方网站入口k’s control environment. This function also operates independently to ensure objectivity.
Q. What message do you have for your colleagues?
A. Our three lines of defense are critical to how we do business. Over time, the composition of our products 球盟会官方网站入口d services may ch球盟会官方网站入口ge, but our mission will not. We strive to be more efficient in our audit processes by strengthening our knowledge 球盟会官方网站入口d deepening our collaboration with business partners. Q. How do you spend your time outside of work?
A. It is vital for all of us to be able to step away from the daily grind 球盟会官方网站入口d focus on our wellbeing. I reenergize by being in nature, enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, 球盟会官方网站入口d practicing yoga. Spending time with my family 球盟会官方网站入口d friends, enjoying culinary 球盟会官方网站入口d cultural events brings me enjoyment as well. Last year, my husb球盟会官方网站入口d 球盟会官方网站入口d I celebrated 25 years together, 球盟会官方网站入口d we are blessed with two sons, ages 22 球盟会官方网站入口d 20 at that moment.
